These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of coldcallingforyou.com (the “Site”) and the services offered by Cold Calling For You, LLC (“CCFY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

CCFY provides outbound sales development services, including cold calling, list building, call recording, and related pipeline-generation services on a fractional basis. The Site provides information about these services and lets you book an introductory call. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees of any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal between you and CCFY.

2. No guarantee of results

Results are not typical and are not a guarantee of your success. Your results will vary depending on your offer, market, target list, pricing, effort, timing, and the condition of your business. Metrics referenced on the Site — including connect rates, dial volume, conversion rates, and pipeline figures — reflect specific prior engagements, are provided for informational purposes only, and do not constitute a representation or warranty of comparable results. Due to numerous factors beyond our control, we do not track or guarantee the typical results of our clients. We cannot and do not guarantee that you will book meetings, generate pipeline, or close revenue by engaging our services or applying our methods. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or engage our services. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law or regulation; infringe the rights of others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site; or use the Site in any way that is fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive.
